Cancellation Policy

For non-preorder items:
Items may only be cancelled before fulfillment (i.e., packing and preparing for shipment), whether due to customer request or cancellation by RABUAGAIN (due to lack of availability, not being permitted to ship a certain item to the destination country, etc.).
In instances where an item cancellation is initiated by RABUAGAIN, we will first contact you in order to determine whether you would like a refund or a replacement, if possible.
If no response is received within 3 days, we will cancel and refund the items that are not able to be fulfilled and send the remainder of the order (if applicable).
