- If your order is LOST, STOLEN or DAMAGED please file a claim with the shipping courier first. If they are unable to locate your package or help you, then please reach out to us and we'll see what we can do!
- Our processing times do vary depending on how busy we get. We will not respond to shipping inquiries unless it is past the 10-day processing mark UNLESS it is about changing an address or another issue!
- If you are emailing us about an existing order, please have your order number ready upon contacting us. Our order numbers start with "RA" and are NOT the tracking number or invoice number! If you are contacting us about missing items, please have pictures ready.
