Shipping/Return Policy

Orders are typically processed within 7-10 business days. Please note that we are a team of 3 people, it takes us a little while longer to deal with a lot of orders than big brands. We ask - and - thank you for your patience and understanding! 

All orders placed within the United States, including its territories and APO/DPO/FPO addresses, include shipping in the cost of the item for orders totaling more than 10 USD.

Orders placed outside of the above areas require an additional international postage fee in order to cover cost of postage and processing.
Additionally, international customers may be expected to pay a customs/entry fee in order to receive a package from the United States.
Please refer to your country's postal service website using the tracking number provided in your order confirmation.

In instances where a package is returned to RABUAGAIN due to user error, a postage fee will be assessed before the package is sent again.
User error includes:

  • Incorrect/insufficient address supplied at time order was placed
    • If your order has not shipped yet and you need to correct your address, please send an email to rabuagain@gmail.com, or contact us on our social media.
  • Returned to sender due to recipient not receiving/collecting package
  • International shipment refused due customs/entry fee not being paid

Outside of the above instances, we are unable to accept returns.

If you do not want the item(s) anymore, or wish to pay postage after a package has been returned to RABUAGAIN, you may also request a partial refund.
